We offer our customers different types of hand-made cheese on our farm dairy: from fresh to mature, from ricotta to stracchino.
Thanks to the passion and desire to experiment new types of cheese, Alessio, our cheese producer has created a line of cheese with a taste to be discovered from the union of the delicate flavour of cow’s milk with the more decisive flavour of sheep’s milk.
The milk used for the production of our cheese, comes exclusively from our animals on the farm.
The quality of our milk from our animals is also the protagonist of our production of homemade yogurt prepared with the utmost care with traditional systems by expert hands.
Available in different flavours (Natural, Strawberry, Hazelnut, Apricot, Vanilla)
The beef and pork meat comes from animals born and raised on our farm. The cattle and pigs on the farm are fed in a healthy and natural way with fresh and dried fodder and cereals.
This type of healthy and valuable food gives the meat a unique quality and taste.
Moreover, the period of growth is completely natural and waiting times are considered a benefit, necessary to give greater value to our artisan meats. Our meat and sausages (salami, bresaola, sausages, cotechino, pancetta) are sold EXCLUSIVELY by reservation.
